A custom-built ERP for a Singapore home-appliance brand selling through its own showroom, a mall counter and five retail partners, unifying inventory and order management on one system.

Workflow challenge
YU HOME sells fifteen products across seven retail touchpoints, and every order carries a physical tail of delivery, installation and a two-year on-site warranty. Stock, orders and fulfilment lived in different places, and ad spend was managed without a clear line back to what it produced.
Inventory sat across a showroom, a mall counter and five partner locations.
Orders and fulfilment were tracked separately from the storefront.
Marketing spend could not be read against actual orders.
The Kelin approach
Kelin Studio built a custom ERP rather than configuring an off-the-shelf one, covering inventory and order management across the whole company so the system matches how YU HOME actually sells through owned and partner channels. Kelin also took over Google Ads and marketing spend management, so campaign investment is read against the same order data.
Outcome
YU HOME runs inventory and orders on one live system across every channel, and marketing spend is managed against the same source of truth rather than against a separate reporting layer.
Implementation snapshot
Representative implementation pattern for businesses moving from manual operations to connected CRM, support, and knowledge systems.
