A launch build for a Singapore reality-capture rental business: a 68-page site engineered for how buyers search, with quoting automated from the enquiry form through to a signable PDF.
Workflow challenge
Volumet launched with no domain history, no traffic, and a fleet of six scanners that only earn while they are out on rental. Every enquiry arrived as an email a founder had to price by hand.
A brand-new domain in a niche where buyers search by device name.
Quotes were priced manually, one enquiry at a time.
Availability changed weekly, but nothing told a lead whether a unit was free.
The Kelin approach
Kelin Studio built the site on Next.js with a Git-based CMS, then structured the content around real search behaviour: a page per device, head-to-head comparisons against the scanners buyers are already considering, plus industry and service pages. The contact form was wired to a quoting engine driven by a single config file, which decides from live stock status whether a lead receives a confirmed signable quote or a provisional one for internal approval.
Outcome
Volumet went live with a complete search footprint and a quoting loop that runs without the founder touching it. Leads receive a priced, signable PDF minutes after enquiring, and rates and availability are changed in one place.
Pages shipped at launch
Devices wired to live quoting
Minutes from enquiry to quote
Implementation snapshot
Representative implementation pattern for businesses moving from manual operations to connected CRM, support, and knowledge systems.
