An AI customer support system and a custom lead pipeline for a Singapore label manufacturer trading since 1991, where every job starts as a quote request and no two are alike.

Workflow challenge
West Coast Label publishes no pricing because nothing is standard: quantity, material, adhesive, size and finish change on every job. Twenty-one product landing pages all funnelled into a single form with a free-text requirement box, and a public promise to respond within two hours rested entirely on someone watching an inbox.
Enquiries arrived as prose, so every quote began with a clarification round-trip.
Quote requests, contact forms and WhatsApp shared no common record.
Repeat customers re-entered the same funnel and were re-quoted from scratch.
The Kelin approach
Kelin Studio built an AI customer support layer that answers product and specification questions directly, and a custom lead system that captures the job spec in structured fields at the point of enquiry instead of as free text. Kelin also runs an active business development programme for the account.
Outcome
Enquiries now arrive qualified and structured, product questions are answered without waiting on the inbox, and the two-hour response promise is backed by a system rather than a person.
Implementation snapshot
Representative implementation pattern for businesses moving from manual operations to connected CRM, support, and knowledge systems.
