A custom AI content generation system and tutor training programme for a Tokyo-based IB Diploma mentoring service, built on top of the website Kelin Studio delivered.

Workflow challenge
IB Mentors sells a dedicated mentor per student across the full Diploma, covering every subject plus the Internal Assessment, Extended Essay and Theory of Knowledge. The promise is generous and the production load behind it is heavy: bespoke roadmaps, monthly progress reports and marked-up drafts across multiple rounds, all from a small team.
Every student needed bespoke material no template could cover.
Monthly parent-facing reporting competed directly with teaching time.
Quality varied with whichever mentor happened to write the material.
The Kelin approach
Kelin Studio built the website first, then a custom AI content generation system trained on the team's own existing teaching material, so generated content carries their approach rather than a generic one. More than ten tutors were trained to use it as part of the rollout.
Outcome
Tutors now generate teaching content from their established material instead of writing from scratch, and output stays consistent across the roster regardless of who produces it.
Implementation snapshot
Representative implementation pattern for businesses moving from manual operations to connected CRM, support, and knowledge systems.
