Workflow challenge

Emaris Shipping manages tanker and bunker fleets out of Singapore with a shore team of ISM, ISPS and MLC auditors, former Flag State inspectors and DPAs, most of them a decade or more into the work. That depth wins contracts once a conversation starts. None of it was reaching anyone searching.

  • A track record built through referral and reputation, invisible in search.

  • Owners, charterers and oil majors shortlist on compliance evidence long before price.

  • Four service lines that read as one undifferentiated offer to a search engine.

The Kelin approach

Kelin Studio built the site on Framer around the way owners and charterers search: a page per service line that opens by defining the term rather than selling it, a clients and certifications layer placing the ISO standards and auditor credentials where a buyer looks for them, and a library of fifty articles covering the questions asked before a management contract is signed. Organisation, Service and OfferCatalog structured data was written across the site so the credentials are machine-readable, and GA4 was wired in at launch.

Outcome

Emaris now has a sixty-page search footprint rather than a brochure. Every service line has its own indexable page, the compliance credentials that win a shortlist are stated in structured data, and the article library keeps growing against the terms buyers are already searching.
