A focused landing site for a Singapore rope-access painting contractor, built to turn safety credentials into enquiries through a single frictionless contact route.

Workflow challenge
EAC Painting works at height on HDB blocks and condominiums, where the decision is made by a management council weighing safety and insurance long before price. The credentials that win that decision were doing no work on the site.
The strongest assets, its safety accreditations, were the least visible.
Nine services competed for attention with no clear primary action.
In this trade enquiries happen on WhatsApp, not through forms.
The Kelin approach
Kelin Studio built the site around the access methods and accreditations that matter to a management council, led with the safety credentials rather than burying them on an about page, and made a pre-filled WhatsApp deep link the primary call to action. Analytics were wired in from launch so enquiry volume is measurable.
Outcome
A tight ten-page site where safety credentials lead, every service has a route to enquiry, and conversion can actually be tracked.
Implementation snapshot
Representative implementation pattern for businesses moving from manual operations to connected CRM, support, and knowledge systems.
