A single-page site for a founder-led Singapore security consultancy working in reverse engineering, Web3 and distributed systems, built to qualify serious engagements and filter out everything else.

Workflow challenge
BRYCS does work that cannot be shown. Most engagements sit under NDA, so the usual proof of logos, case studies and metrics was simply unavailable. The site had to establish technical credibility without a single public reference.
No clients, logos or numbers could be published.
The buyer is a technical lead, not a procurement team.
For a founder-led practice, wrong-fit enquiries cost more than missed ones.
The Kelin approach
Kelin Studio built a single-page site that carries credibility through the specificity of the work itself: four clearly scoped practice areas, a three-step engagement method, and a qualifying enquiry form that asks for the system, the question and the risk before anything else.
Outcome
A site that reads as senior to a technical buyer and puts qualification ahead of the conversation, matching how a founder-led practice actually sells.
Implementation snapshot
Representative implementation pattern for businesses moving from manual operations to connected CRM, support, and knowledge systems.
