After full payment of applicable fees, you receive the rights described in the relevant written agreement for final deliverables created specifically for you. We may retain ownership of reusable know-how, methods, templates, libraries, workflows, non-client-specific code, tools, and general expertise developed or used in the course of providing services. You grant us the rights needed to use materials you provide solely for delivering the services.

9. Third-party services

Our work may involve third-party platforms, APIs, AI models, hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, CRM systems, ERP systems, or other services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, policies, pricing, limits, and availability. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, pricing changes, model outputs, data handling practices, or service limitations.

10. AI outputs and automation

Where services involve AI systems, automation, or generated outputs, you understand that outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable without review. You are responsible for human review, approval, testing, compliance checks, and business decisions based on AI-assisted or automated outputs.
